These folks are awesome. They realized after they got back from the weekend that my package had been sent back for whatever reason. They offered me a free hat for the delay. When honestly it had not been long at all. I told them they didn't have to do that, it was fine and still gave me half off another order I had anyway. The hat's are great quality and look great. Exactly as pictured, perfectly distressed! I plan on getting a lot of use out of this hat! I love that the mesh is softer and more flexible than other similar style hats that I own. Very comfortable to wear!
Also, they didn’t have the color of hat that I preferred listed, I bought the only color available in the style I wanted and just added a note when checking out and they were very quick about messaging me and giving me more options! I was very thankful for that!
